If your motorcycle shows an open recall, please contact your nearest authorized Zero Motorcycles dealer as soon as possible. Provide your VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) so the dealer can arrange a convenient time to inspect and, if needed, repair your motorcycle.

Recall MY23/24 FST Motor Controller Failure
Recall Reference: 25V-8340569
MODELS: 2023 Zero SR, SR/F, SR/S, DSR/X and 2024 Zero SR, SR/S, DSR, DSR/X
SAFETY NOTICE
We’ve identified a potential motor controller issue affecting certain MY2023 and MY2024 motorcycles. In rare cases, this could result in a sudden loss of propulsion.
What You Should Do:
- Please contact your dealer as soon as possible to schedule the repair. Until then, you may continue riding with increased caution.
Recall FST Adventure Key Switch Harness
Recall Reference: 25V-587
MODELS: 2023 Zero DSR/X and 2024–2025 Zero DS, DSR, and DSR/X
SAFETY NOTICE
The key switch harness on certain Zero motorcycles may be improperly installed or routed, which could result in a sudden loss of propulsion while riding.
What You Should Do:
- Update your motorcycle’s firmware over-the-air using your Zero app, or;
- Contact your local authorized Zero dealer to schedule a service appointment.
Recall Front Brake Line

MODELS: 2024 Zero DS, DSR, DSRP, and DSR/X
SAFETY NOTICE
We’ve identified a potential safety issue with the front brake line on some 2024 models.
What You Should Do:
- Contact your nearest Zero dealer for a free inspection and repair if needed.
Service Campaign Zero SDS/XMX OBDII Always On
MODELS: 2020/2021 Zero S, SR, DS, DSR, FX, and FXS
SAFETY NOTICE
12-volt always-on module supplying power to the OBDII port that can potentially fail.
What You Should Do:
- Contact your nearest Zero dealer for a free inspection and repair if needed.
