If your motorcycle shows an open recall, please contact your nearest authorized Zero Motorcycles dealer as soon as possible. Provide your VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) so the dealer can arrange a convenient time to inspect and, if needed, repair your motorcycle.

Recall FST Adventure Key Switch Harness

MODELS: 2023 Zero DSR/X and 2024–2025 Zero DS, DSR, and DSR/X

SAFETY NOTICE

The key switch harness on certain Zero motorcycles may be improperly installed or routed, which could result in a sudden loss of propulsion while riding.

What You Should Do:

Update your motorcycle’s firmware over-the-air using your Zero app, or;
Contact your local authorized Zero dealer to schedule a service appointment.

We’ve identified a potential safety issue with the front brake line on some 2024-2026 models.

What You Should Do:

Contact your nearest Zero dealer for a free inspection and repair if needed.

SAFETY NOTICE

12-volt always-on module supplying power to the OBDII port that can potentially fail.
