- Resolved an issue causing false positive battery fault on startup.

New Features:
- When the power pack gets to 0%, the motorcycle will no longer periodically wake to run system checks while keyed off. This periodic wake state will only re-enable once the motorcycle is charged.
- Support for 3kW charger updates.
Bug Fixes/Improvements:
- Resolved issue causing 12v batteries to discharge when the charge cable is plugged in while the power pack is cold.
- Improvement to kickstand state detection.
- General maintenance changes to improve codebase.
