• Please contact your dealer as soon as possible to schedule the repair. Until then, you may continue riding with increased caution.

The key switch harness on certain Zero motorcycles may be improperly installed or routed, which could result in a sudden loss of propulsion while riding.

What You Should Do:

• Update your motorcycle’s firmware over-the-air using your Zero app, or;
• Contact your local authorized Zero dealer to schedule a service appointment.
