By obtaining your motorcycle licence, you have taken an important step towards safe, lifelong motorcycling.

To celebrate this achievement, we are offering you a cashback when purchasing a new Zero Motorcycles motorcycle or scooter from the models mentioned below, provided that the purchase is made within three months of achieving your A1, A2, A motorcycle licence or your CBT (UK) or IBT (Ireland) certificate.

Reimbursement for the DSR/X, SR/F, S, DS and DSR models: €500 (£400)

Reimbursement for the LS1 and XE models: €250 (£200)

General terms and conditions of the programme:

• The Programme is valid from January 1st 2026 to December 31st 2026.
• Valid exclusively for customers who purchase a new Zero Motorcycles motorcycle or scooter from the models mentioned above within three months of achieving their A1, A2 or A motorcycle licence or CBT / IBT certificate.
• The Programme applies only to new motorcycles and scooters from model years 2025 and 2026 that have never been previously registered.
• Motorcycles and scooters ordered by a Zero Motorcycles dealer as demonstration models are excluded from the offer.
• The motorcycle and/or scooter must be purchased from an authorised Zero Motorcycles dealer in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, France, Sweden, Spain, Italy, the United Kingdom or Ireland.
• One refund per customer and per purchase will be granted.
• The Programme is governed by the laws of the purchaser’s country of habitual residence. Any taxes or charges that may apply to the reimbursement are the responsibility of the purchaser, in accordance with the legislation of their country.
• Zero Motorcycles reserves the right to modify, adapt or discontinue this Programme at any time. However, such modifications will not affect purchasers who have already completed an eligible purchase before the changes take effect, provided that the required documents are submitted within the applicable deadlines.

How to obtain your reimbursement:

The purchaser must send the documents listed below no later than 45 days after the purchase date and, in any event, before 15 February 2027, to the following email address: inquiries.gb@zeromotorcycles.com.

• A copy of the driving licence or CBT / IBT certificate, dated no longer than three months before the purchase date of the motorcycle or scooter.
• The purchase invoice for the motorcycle or scooter from an authorised Zero Motorcycles dealer in one of the countries mentioned above.
• A copy of an identity document showing the name and photograph (other details may be concealed), with the same name as the one shown on the driving licence and bank account details (IBAN).
• A copy of the vehicle registration document in the name of the person who obtained the licence.
• The name and address of the driving school.
• The customer’s international bank details (IBAN and BIC).

Reimbursement period:

The €500 reimbursement for the DSR/X, SR/F, S, DS and DSR models, or the €250 reimbursement for the LS1 and XE models, will be paid to customers within 4 to 6 weeks after receipt of the required documents.
