Each year, the world’s leading economies gather for the G20 Summit, a critical forum for negotiating agreements, setting global priorities, and addressing key issues like international financial stability, climate change, and sustainable development. The host country, which changes annually, selects the theme.
In November of 2022, Indonesia had the honor of hosting. President Joko Widodo emphasized Indonesia’s commitment to clean energy by choosing a theme centered on sustainability and deploying an entirely electric security fleet to escort world leaders throughout the event.

Driven by our shared commitment to a cleaner future and transforming transportation, we embraced the chance to support this global initiative.
Ensuring the security of such a high-profile event required exceptional coordination, and Zero Motorcycles had the privilege of delivering 300 electric motorcycles to support the Indonesian National Police, Armed Forces, and Presidential Security Force.
Selected for their dependability and ability to meet the Summit's demanding needs, our DSRP, SR/S, and SR/F models were deployed in Bali, where the Zero Motorcycles team trained security forces for their first electric motorcade duty.
While the summit focused on addressing global issues, Zero Motorcycles' involvement centered on providing advanced, reliable transport solutions. This contribution also supported the G20 Summit’s broader goals of embracing forward-thinking practices, demonstrating how innovative transport can play a part in these global initiatives.
